How many AI agents does ATSpro include?

ATSpro includes 14 built-in AI agents covering every stage of the recruitment lifecycle — from candidate outreach and CV sourcing through to offer letters, invoicing, aftercare, and contract renewals. All 14 are included in every plan at no extra cost. There are no agent add-ons or premium tiers.

Do the agents send emails without my approval?

Only if you want them to. ATSpro has three autonomy modes: Assisted (everything queues for your approval before sending), Automatic (high-confidence actions execute within working hours, low-confidence ones queue), and Manual (the agent suggests but never acts). You can set each agent individually. Most new users start with Assisted mode and dial up as their confidence grows.

How are the AI agents different from basic automation?

Most recruitment automation tools work on rigid if-this-then-that rules. ATSpro agents use language models to draft contextual, personalised communications — not templated sequences. The outreach agent reads the candidate record and the job description and writes a relevant introduction. The feedback agent knows who the interview was with and what role it was for. The result is communications that feel human-written, not automated.

Can I turn individual agents on or off?

Yes. Every agent can be individually enabled, disabled, or set to a different autonomy level. You can also configure working hours — agents will only act between the hours you specify — and you receive notifications for every action taken, queued, or failed.

What does the Outreach agent actually send?

The Outreach agent drafts personalised introduction emails to new candidates as they enter your database. It pulls context from the candidate record — their current role, skills, location — and the open jobs in your pipeline to write a relevant, specific introduction. It works in your connected email account (Gmail or Outlook) and the email appears in your sent folder as if you wrote it.
