Merge tags are placeholders in your email template that are replaced with real data when the email is sent. For spec candidate campaigns, tags like {{candidate_full_name}} and {{candidate_skills}} pull from the candidate record you attach to the campaign. This makes every email feel personally written.

An MPC campaign is a spec introduction — you identify a strong candidate who is actively looking and run an outreach campaign to relevant client contacts introducing them. How does the BD pipeline differ from the client CRM?
The client CRM stores all company and contact information. The BD pipeline is a kanban board specifically for tracking the sales process from prospect to active client. A contact can exist in your CRM without being on the BD pipeline — you add them to the pipeline when you start actively working to win their business. They move through stages (Cold, Contacted, Interested, Meeting, Client) with SLA warnings if they stall.
Can I control how many emails get sent per day?
Yes. Each campaign has a daily send limit setting, capped at 100 emails per day to protect your sender reputation. Emails are distributed across working hours rather than sent in a single burst. You can also set a specific reply-to address so replies land in the right inbox.
